Chicken-Broccoli-Pineapple Skewers

BBQ sauce
Combine ketchup, soy sauce, honey, mustard, brown sugar, garlic and lemon. Mix until well blended. Bring to boil over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes.


Chicken-Broccoli-Pineapple Skewers
Heat grill pan or griddle until hot.

Alternately thread chicken, broccoli, pineapple onto the skewer. Brush them with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper. Brush skewers with some sauce. Cook on grill, baste regularly with sauce, until chicken is cooked through about 10 minutes. Serve with BBQ sauce.
